I'm loving the 1st one.
and also, Ben tease us with something that's not gonna make it to production.
this are design that din't get the green light.
don't the left one remind u of the Hectic? "Heavy Hectic"... i actually kinda like the right one. if its undersized.

Lastly, check out Ando's YoyoFactory tour.
more pics at YYFCD.com 30 July post.

Brandon's Freehand Museum

think you're the biggest Duncan Freehand collector?
think you know all the Freehand ever released?
have you ever seen this Freehand packaging above?
probably not, this was never used for production.
whether or not you're the biggest Duncan Freehand collector, nor do you need to know all the Editions ever released, as long as you're a fan of the Freehand yoyo, you would love this.
Brandon spend some time of his and make a "Freehand Museum" consist of all the Freehand he can get. He's probably just missing the 3 types of proto original Freehand with the starburst response... this is sick.
check out the pictures here.
Everyone THANK Brandon!!!

Moebius play by Zammy Ickler

A pretty smooth Moebius video by Zammy Ickler.
its not exactly a new style, this style has been around for years. many years.
its a style created by Doc Pop. i forgot which year this was created though, but i know its been around for years. maybe Doc would comment on this...

Stainless Steel Rim. i think.
WERRD.com stated it doesn't come with Jimmy Hats.
last one, the Ü.
this one has been on the site for pretty long already, but wasn't released, the last i rem, it was suppose to be release this year? but change of plans perhaps, change for the Better of cuz!

Cold Metal Nano Blaster Sale.

Cold Metal is having a pretty good sale at their store.

this particular color(w/o logo) for the CM nano Blaster was meant for a launch but was canceled.
and now its on sale at their store for only 2000RUB, thats approx 95SGD, yes, but without shipping yet.

the google translate didn't work so well, i don't know the exact reason behind the cancellation of the launch, or for what event, etc, but those who are interested might want to email them and check out the shipping and stuff, the Nano Blaster seems like a decent yoyo to me. its not a new yoyo for your info.

check out their web at COLDMETAL.Ru

updates 29 july 2009:
Alex from ColdMetal have share some info on this,
the reason behind the cancellation of the launch is because of the irregular ano color, colors of yoyo differs from one to another, in another words, its not up to their standard, hence the sale.

shipping wise, they do ship international, but payment would be a slight problem, they're having problems with Paypal, they can only send out money, but can't receive, so if you're really interested in getting one, maybe you can still email them and figure out a method of payment.

YYF Buddha King 2

Buddha King 2.
Rim weighted. hubstacked.
Lens and decal cover.
not a competition yoyo, more for long sleeper.
but would be fun to play with while you're waiting for your friend, the bus, passing time, not everyone play tricks while doing those... i for one, just keep doing buddha sleeper.
this would be fun!
picture from YYFCD.

YYF Genesis

Miguel Correa's Signature yoyo model is out,
also probably YYF's revamped GM2 for u, the YYF Genesis.

pictured above is Miggy's Purple Rain Signature Colorway.

YYFDC:
Maximum stability- Maximum Spin - Maximum Performance
The Genesis is a competition monster for 1A, 3A and 5A players.
Allowing less throws, more tricks, more clicks.

check out Miggy demonstrating the genesis.

66.8 gm
56mm dia
43mm wide
4.8mm Gap
Flow-able silicon response
(also accepts Large wide YYF pads like GM2 and Dv888)
General release colors available August 13 at all good yo-yo stores Worldwide.
Special edition color-ways available at the 2009 World Yo-Yo Contest.

pictures from YYFCD!

since i've said it myself, its probably YYF's revamped GM2 for u, i've provide pictures of my GM2 compared to the Genesis. the thick rims are similar, you might think, all G5s have thick rims, but if you're a GM2 lover, you'll know it. but the Genesis spot a 'flatter' body while the GM2 have a rounder one, don't get what i mean? argh... look at the picture carefully and find it yourself. if you're thinking why is the axle short, thats because its stack-less.

Pure Freehand series.

Here's a few PURE FREEHAND videos filmed by and featuring
Andrew Lin, DXL, DCS member. and other teams?
One of the first few Freehand players in Singapore since 1998, and still rocking it.
not trying to mislead anyone, PURE FREEHAND as in Purely just freehand play in the video, not refering to the yoyo PURE, pretty much one of the first video featuring fully freehand play. players from 1998-2003, you've seen these videos, but wanna watch it again, I've embed it here, wanna re-download it, its available at Glasslab's Vimeo account, or just click on each individual video, it'll bring u to the page.

Guys who are new to freehand and wants to start 5A, watch the first vid, Pure Freehand.
you're above average skills? watch Pure Freehand 2
think you're real good? watch Pure Freehand 3, filmed in 2004, or was it 2005? i saw Andrew filming this outside of Millenia Walk, Ian was doing the filming...

enough of the craps, i believe most of u wanna watch these, some have been looking for it. if u want Andrew to make a Pure Freehand 4, go bug him. maybe buy him some sweets. or KFC 10 pcs Winglets, but i don't know if he's still craving over it now...
u can try your luck though.
enjoy!

YYF Boss Proto at YYS!

this is a prototype YYF Boss, picture taken by Dr Yoyo, Chris Allen!
shall not say anything more, see more at YoyoSkills!

Duncan Screaming Eagle Closeup

Brandon Jackson from Duncan Crew is nice enough to share close-up pictures of the Duncan Mayhem and Vendetta from the Screaming Eagle lines.

first up is the Mayhem!
pretty cool flush/recessed pad response.
its slightly undersize! GREAT!
gonna love this! i guess Duncan did a pretty good job on this?

next up, the Vendetta!
i don't like this so much, look at the pad response area, its flush, yes, but no ridge or whatever u call that thing that seperates the pad from the bearing...
think Senza Nome. yoyo looks pretty ok, uses large bearing, but pad area.....? i'm gonna say nono.

here's a video of Brandon talking about the 2 Duncan highend yoyos, and showing what its capable of!

Thanks Brandon~
