Regarding the YoYoJam Equinox

for those who have bought a YYJ Equinox from any stores, and got it with the regular YYJ Speed bearing, and find it weird, find it so unresponsive thinking how did John Narum actually get those string whips so easily... i got this from the YYN product page:

Notice from YoYoJam: Please be advised that this yo-yo was shipped to you with the wrong bearing installed.  The shipment you received has Speed bearings installed -- the yo-yo should have the open bearing installed for optimized offstring play.  The yo-yo will function as shipped, but for premium play, the open bearing should be installed.

although this message is from YYN's product page, i believe many got it with the normal YYJ Speed bearing installed, i think these stores that got the YYJ Equinox with the wrong bearing are working something out, so if you got yours that came with the wrong bearing, and hope to see what can be done, do check out with the store you bought from.
