takeshi.

as most of you yoyoers know, takeshi's father is battling a pretty bad cancer.
many people are helping to raise some funds for him, to lighten his burden.
i understand there's nothing much we can do over here. but who knows who else is reading this blog.
no harm trying luck trying to see if anyone can help.
Steve Brown have start an auction HERE, selling one of the 5 patches given to him when he was given the title of "National Yo-Yo Master" by the National Yo-Yo Contest and Museum in Chico, California. Each Master is given one patch in a frame, and several extras to do with as they please. To date, no Master has ever traded or sold one of their patches. Ever.
100% of the proceeds of this auction will go to Takeshi Kamisato, a tremendous yo-yo player and one of the most influential figures in modern yo-yo play. Takeshi has put everything on hold and incurred great expenses in traveling back and forth from Indiana to Hawaii to help take care of him. The money from this auction will go towards defraying his expenses, and hopefully giving him one less thing to worry about during this incredibly trying time.

i believe no one in Singapore can afford the patch.
but here's another auction by John Higby to help Takeshi as well. do look inside here, they might have what you're looking for, getting what you want and doing a good cause, why not?
no obligations though. just trying luck, maybe there's really someone here who's got that amount of money he/she can spend on these stuffs, and also helping Takeshi.

THANKS FOR LOOKING.
