so yeh, u heard it... WCC will have 2 divisions, 1A and Y.
apart from these 2 divisions, there'll also be:
-Team Performance (can ANYONE even beat Singer Oil?)
-Performance award (you heard it!)
-Beginner's luck (come on guys!)

and oh, people in the East~ if u think u can't participate in these event, you're WRONG i tell u, you're WRONG... there's going to be another contest that everyone is eligible for. WATCH IT!
